Oh No The Drawing Is Missing

What Do I Do?

1. First thing first. Don’t Panic.

• Take the first eight digits of the part number. In this case, it’s 100-02219.
• Then take that number and put it in the “Drawing Number”. Also make sure that the Revision is set.
• Then click “Save”
• YAY!!!.
• OR
  • GHAAA I’M STILL MISSING THE DRAWING!
  • Go to the IDM Section.

    2. IDM Section

• Go to the Document Management.
• Then Search with the Drawing Number you copied before and these settings.
  • KT_Parts_Drawing
  • Filename
  • Like
  • The “Drawing Number” and a % at the end.
    • The % is important here
  • Then click “Search”
• You might get a result like this.
• Click on the “Blue Title” to open the file.
• When in this screen click on the Attributes tab.
• This is where the work happens. I mean the magic.
  • Click on the Check Out think Edit button.
• Now you edit the Drawing Number and the Revision.
• Now you can and check it back in
• Job Done
